Western Michigan University football received more good news last week when talented offensive lineman Carson Briggs pledged his commitment to the Broncos.
Briggs has visited a few different campuses previously but knew Western Michigan was the place for him.
“I’ve been there (WMU) a couple times and I’ve been to other colleges," Briggs said. "It was the one for me. It just felt like home.”
Briggs has the size and mobility the Bronco coaching staff is looking for.
“They like my length and how athletic I am for how big I am,” Briggs said.
Briggs is working on getting lower in his stance and hand placement. When it comes to what to expect on the field, Briggs wants Bronco fans to know he'll bring “Hard work, love for the game and some pancakes!” Briggs concluded.
