Warren Central (Ind.) tight end
Evan Faunce has committed to Western Michigan, giving the Broncos four verbal commitments with another likely to come shortly.
Faunce, who stands at 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, also plays defensive end for Warren Central but is being recruited as strictly a tight end for WMU. He had heavy interest from Ball State, Western Kentucky, Penn, and Princeton and was hearing from Purdue.
WMU offered Faunce on Monday, and he wasted no time in committing Tuesday morning. In an interview with BroncoBlitz.com Tuesday, he named his connection with the coaching staff as the number one reason for his quick commitment, and also gushed about the campus.
