Trojans pick up Rivals100 DT

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Gardena (Calif.) Serra four-star defensive tackle Da'John Harris has never hidden his love for the Men of Troy. Harris, who is ranked as the No. 3 player in California by Rivals.com, has talked all week long at the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl about how high he's been on USC.

That infatuation for the Trojans is now a full on love affair as Harris announced just moments ago on national television at the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl that he's heading to USC.

Harris, who is 6-foot-4 and 266 pounds, picked USC over a final three of USC, Oregon and Michigan. The final two were the Ducks and Trojans, but it was not even close as he's known all along that he was heading to USC.

Harris actually made a commitment to USC back on his official visit on Dec. 15, but kept his decision private until just moments ago.

Harris is ranked as the nation's No. 3 defensive tackle, No. 33 player overall and also had scholarships from Arizona, Miami, Nebraska, UCLA, Washington and numerous others.

Rivals.com will have full quotes from Harris about his commitment to the Trojans shortly.
