A reliable source confirmed to BroncoBlitz.com that Tim McGarigle, Western Michigan's 2012 linebackers coach, will in fact be retained as part of P.J. Fleck's 2013 staff. It is expected, though not confirmed, that he'll continue to coach the linebackers.

McGarigle is the first known assistant on the staff at this time, although it is likely that strength and conditioning coach Nate Peoples and director of football operations Jay Steilberg will also be retained.
