The Western Michigan Athletic Department released a series of videos last week, allowing head football coach P.J. Fleck to share his philosophies and long-term vision for the WMU football program.
In Episode 1, Fleck explains his motto "Row the Boat."
In Episode 2, Coach Fleck explains the "Block W" and the core values of the WMU football program.
In Episode 3, Fleck describes the "Bronco Mentality": Nekton Mentality, Prefontaine Pace, and Farmers' Alliance -- WMU Football's approach to the game.
In Episode 4, Fleck explains his definition of "Elite" and how he plans to incorporate its meaning into the WMU football program.
In Episode 5, Fleck explains "Heartwork."
In Episode 6, Coach Fleck describes the acronym "F.A.M.I.L.Y."
In Episode 7, Fleck explains his approach for being able to help motivate people through challenges, adversity, hurdles and successes.
Western Michigan currently has a top 30 recruiting class (2014), with twelve verbal commitments. The Broncos open up the 2013 season under the lights at Michigan State on Friday, August 30th at 8:00 p.m.
